Foodpanda signs a funding agreement with the Bank of Punjab

Foodpanda signed an agreement with the Bank of Punjab to provide funding to registered foodpanda Homechefs as part of PM’s Kamyab Jawan program.

Tell me more: Homechefs is an integral part of the foodpanda network. Earlier this year, foodpanda launched a reward program for top-performing homechefs.

This partnership will allow enterprising homechefs with limited financial resources to expand their food businesses by joining forces with the Bank of Punjab.

Khalid Javed Akhtar from Sahiwal received a loan of Rs. 1 million. He runs a home-based food business named The Abaan’s Kitchen and has been a foodpanda homechef since 2020.

You should know: Foodpanda is guiding interested home-based food entrepreneurs. YouTube tutorials and videos are available on the Homechefs YouTube channel to help with loan applications.

A Kamyab Jawan helpline number also provides end-to-end guidance on the application process, like the required documents and how to prepare a business plan for successful loan disbursement.

Before you go: The Bank of Punjab is one of the top-performing banks with disbursements totaling over Rs. 5.8 billion under the Kamyab Jawan program. Homechefs are encouraged to take advantage of this exciting opportunity and become successful entrepreneurs.
