Two Exciting Announcements

I love newsletters. That’s how I get most of my news. The rest comes from my unhealthy addiction to Twitter.

But stories and opinions are few and far between. And many news articles are lengthy and lack context.

It’s like playing whack-a-mole. Ads, pop-ups, and notifications are constantly bombarding you. And then you find out that what you are reading is 80% fat.

After a while, it becomes overwhelming.

Could the same news be delivered in a crisp Axios format with smart context? It would make being informed a lot more rewarding.

Introducing Techshaw Bytes newsletter.

We* send you a summary of one noteworthy tech news story every weekday. It’s clear and concise. And you don’t even have to leave your inbox.

*Previously, I have used we in the royal sense. But those days are over. Finally.

To help me out with Techshaw Bytes, I am happy to introduce you to Noor Haider.

She is the first full-time hire at Techshaw. She is a Lahore transplant in Karachi. And has a love-hate relationship with the City of Lights. Of course. Kyon nahin.

She has a degree in International Relations and is passionate about women’s empowerment. Thanks to her Kindle, she devours fiction at an alarming rate.

You can find her on Twitter or binge-watching TV.

If you are wondering why I hired her. You are not paying attention.
